Thanks to everyone who came to tryouts today!  We had a total of 25 girls and 34 guys come to tryouts today, a record for us.

 

If you made the first cut, you need to be at tryouts tomorrow (9/2/10) in order to have a shot at making the team.  The second day of tryouts will be from 5:30-7:30 PM at IM courts 5-9.  There will be a second cut after tomorrow’s tryouts, and the final list of everyone who makes the team will be posted by 11:00 pm on Monday, September 6^th.  

 

If you did not make the team this semester and are set on playing club tennis, I would encourage you to continue practicing and to try out again in the spring.  There are usually fewer people who try out in the spring so it is easier to make the team then.  As always, feel free to contact either myself (Daniel) or Walker at ugaclubtennisteam@gmail.com if you have any questions.
